Drogheda Coast Guard unit has been committed to improving and educating all pupils in water safety by visiting as many school children every year promoting best practice around water.  This year we will be organising visits to the schools during the summer term.

During the visits we aim to spread good water safety amongst the pupils.  Some of volunteers will be coming to the school with the rescue boat and a sample of our equipment, some water safety tips and a safety water video to enforce our word.

As always we would ask the classes we visit to give us feedback on our visit and help us improve our talks every year.
